My Classes

I’m committed to taking each student through an experience of wholeness, healing and personal insight. You will always feel safe with straight-forward instruction and clear improvements on your yoga form and poses. Each class and session is layered with a backdrop of personal growth and spiritual wisdom. Ultimately that is at the heart of the work we do on the mat and in our lives.

I am a Yoga Alliance Registered E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 Hatha Yoga Teacher. My first teacher training was Day Star Method of Hatha Yoga 1997 under the founder, Susan Flanders. I was a Licensed Anusara-Inspired Teacher from 2007-2012.

I also have over 250 hours of assisting senior teachers in both yoga studios and massage classrooms. My serious influences and study are with Amy Ippoliti, Jamie Allison, Nova Loverro and Desiree Rumbaugh. I have taught 2-5 classes weekly since 2000 and offer private sessions to enhance your health and practice, too.

I offer Yoga Practices that enhance this art of creating balance in life. Hatha Yoga poses are enhanced by vinyasa warmups and refined with therapeutic alignment principles, the breath practice is expansive yet settling and a heart-oriented approach empowers the student to live more fully in your experience from moment to moment.

Anyone can feel better and be nourished when we sync our breath and thoughts with one intention… be it gratitude, joy, remembrance or celebration. Body, mind and spirit in harmony!
