I’m Ally Morrison, experienced Yoga Teacher, Myo-Fascial Release Therapist and Wellness pro of 24 years.
I started my post-college years with chronic back pain, a new scoliosis diagnosis, and the shock of daily aches and pains. My youth and optimism led me to seek out natural healing approaches upon a road less traveled back in 1992.
I knew so little about the deep health and function of my body, mind and emotions as a unit. My sister introduced me to yoga, and with regular practice, I turned a corner.
Eventually a lumbar disc surgery in 2013 inspired a fusion of bodywork, fascia release and yoga practices to regain mobility. That process bore out the Fabric of Fascia Release Manual, my self-treatment guide for connective tissue release and injury recovery.
My primary interest is in how the body’s structural imbalances are informed by physical injury, poor posture, mental-emotional states and vital organ health. Knowledge and the wisdom of deep interconnectivity is now the pathway to wholeness that I share.
Both pro Athletes and Yogis trust my insights into alignment, movement and wholeness. And so together, we will map out your ideal alignment using the Body Blueprint as the guide.
