I offer Yoga Practices that enhance this art of creating balance in life. Hatha Yoga poses are enhanced by vinyasa warmups and refined with therapeutic alignment principles, the breath practice is expansive yet settling and a heart-oriented approach empowers the student to live more fully in your experience from moment to moment.

Anyone can feel better and be nourished when we sync our breath and thoughts with one intention… be it gratitude, joy, remembrance or celebration. Body, mind and spirit in harmony!
