Massage Testimonials

Ally is by far the most intuitive therapist I have ever worked with. She has so much experience that she will find where you are sore and not only treat the immediate pain, but also treat the source of the pain, so that you continue to feel better even days and even weeks later.

Being an athlete it is so important to have your body in the best condition possible. Being aligned and having muscles that are loose and working together is possibly one of the most important things that we can do to prevent injury and boost performance. Ally has helped keep my body in tip top condition over the years and I will continue to come back to her because she is one of the best in the business!

Ally, thank you for your Ashiatsu Massage work! As active and aging adult with demanding work postures, my body was a mess, including back pain and painful limitations of movement. Thanks to your Ashiatsu Massage work, I am now pain free! More than the pain relief, I now appreciate and understand the freedom of increased range of motion and the importance of maintaining muscle balance in my hips. Keep up the great work!

Massage Training

My primary massage training was 11oo hours of study with a state registered school, the Colorado Springs Academy of Therapeutic Massage in 1997. I am LaStone Certified 1998 for warm/cold therapy stone massage at 30 hours. As an Advanced Certified Ashiatsu Barefoot Therapist, I was trained by the founder from 1998-2007.  My Thai Massage studies are 60 hours combined with both Full Circle Massage School 2003 and Beyond Massage Aspen 2010, for whom I assist Thai Massage trainings. Additional studies in Aromatherapy and Yoga Therapeutics complement my clinical approach to Injury Rehabilitation.

About Massage

Natural. Effective. Deep. Ancient. Grounding.

As humans, we naturally rub our hurt spots, instinctively stretch a tight muscle and rest when exhausted. This is why massage is widely practiced in the world today, because it enhances our natural, built-in process of self-healing.

It’s simple but true… massage therapy works!

There are unique principles of alignment and muscle release I administer to yield relief in body tension and structure. I have precise knowledge of body mechanics and use proven techniques of body assessment to help quickly identify a physical issue. Working together, and in progressive sessions gets you the best results.

The best massage integrates elements of deep listening, correct technique and human care.  The breath flows easily and time is suspended in relaxation. Let yourself be renewed from the inside out. Massage therapy quietly communicates a strong desire to help and to heal. Why wait? Come and work with me!
